Fraud: We check all orders very carefully and do not ship orders until payment is cleared or authorized. Generally, we require all orders are shipped to the same address as that associated with the credit card. We also impose additional methods to prevent fraud with the latest technology available associated with online shopping.

Return/Exchange Policy

Returns
At JB Quarter horses, customer satisfaction is our number one concern! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item unused with tags still attached in its original packaging within 14 days of date of purchase for a full refund of purchase price. (SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE! SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES!!) Packages must be postmarked within the 14 day period in order to receive a full refund. Any item received in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

In order to insure proper credit, please make sure to include all relevant information such as a copy of the original invoice, name, address, phone number, email address and reason for return. We suggest sending your return via a signature required method of shipping in order to insure proper processing. If we never receive the product back, we can not issue a credit and you will not have any proof that you did send the item back to us – if a signature is required, we can avoid this type of problem!

Once a return is received, please allow up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your statement. We can only issue a credit back to the card that was used for the purchase. SHIPPING FEES AND GIFT WRAPPING FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE! 

We will accept any return due to a manufacturers' defect.  Oversize items, including but not limited to Cruzin Coolers will incur a restocking fee of 20%.

Please note that all SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES! We do not accept returns on sale merchandise.

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted as long as the item is unused with tags still attached in its original packaging and returned to JB Quarter Horses within 14 days of date of purchase. Please call Customer Service at (361) 526-1323 or email at customerservice@jbquarterhorseboutique.com

New shipping charges will apply to an exchange.

In order to exchange an item, please follow the above return procedures.

Canceling an Order
Orders are processed as they are received – on the same day. You must cancel an order or make any changes to the order by the end of the business day that you placed the order. If items are in stock, we ship the very next morning after an order was placed. For example, if you place an order at 11am CST, you have until 5pm CST to cancel the order – if not, it will be shipped and your order is subject to our return policy.
 
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that you feel is defective or was damaged during shipping, please contact customer service immediately at (361) 526-1323.  

Sales Tax: Sales Tax will be charged only within Texas. If your shipment is going outside of Texas, we will not charge sales tax. JB Quarter Horses charges 6.25% sales tax for orders shipped within Texas.

JB Quarter Horses uses industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect data during transmission. SSL ensures that communication, (such as credit card submissions) are not tampered with during transmission. SSL encrypts or scrambles any info sent from you making it virtually impossible to tamper with. The info is unreadable should anyone try to intercept it.

Shipping: We ship within the continental US via Fed -EX.  Most items will  incur the following shipping charges except for heavier items which will be charged additional.

Up to $20.00 = $5.95
$20.01 to $50.00 = $6.95
$50.01 to $75.00 = $7.95
$75.01 to $99.00 = $8.95
$99.01 and up = $9.95
